Giving customer account status via IVR

Has anyone had success with connecting their Ringcentral IVR to a CRM (custom or something off the shelf like Salesforce) to be able to automatically provide a status update on an account/loan/deal/etc? I would love to find out what kind of setup you have, if you were able to do low/no code, and anything you'd be willing to share. We are considering something like this but I'm not sure where to get started.

Without knowing your use case in detail, it's hard to suggest solution but here are some places to look

1. Have a look at IVR APIs - https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/IVR/listIVRPrompts and see which one serves your need (provide data that you're looking for) and then you would have to custom write the integration code to send that to your CRM.

2. RingCentral App Gallery and see if any app solves your problem, there are quite a few that integrate with popular CRMs. - https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/search?q=CRM

2. Consider reaching out to RingCentral Professional Services team and consult with them for a custom solution: https://www.ringcentral.com/solutions/professional-services.html
