No, I personally took it on my cell phone via the mobile app....
Is it an Automatic Call Recording or On-Demand?
Did you try checking the recording in the Admin Portal's Call logs?
I did, I'm the admin. it's as if it was never recorded. Just trying to see if it's a fluke or i will need to watch closer. Of course, it's the one recording a client asks for.
Please check if it happens on other calls, too. You may also submit a ticket to have this checked by our Tech Support team.
