No recording

I have a call that was taken via the mobile app that isnt showing in the recordings. It shows on the desktop as answered but there it stops.

Did you try checking the recording in the Admin Portal's Call logs?

I did, I'm the admin. it's as if it was never recorded. Just trying to see if it's a fluke or i will need to watch closer. Of course, it's the one recording a client asks for.
