Conference Call log in number not working. Called Ring Central and they basically said, we'l cal you back after having me wait for almost an hour. Need this fixed. What can you do?

Conference call Number still not working after three days and a few hours on the help line. I dial my conference number and then the access number and it tells me the access number is not valid. I can't change it in the Admin portal and no one seems to know how to fix it.
Hi Charlie, after receiving a lot of tickets regarding this issue yesterday, it is now confirmed as a known outage; The Operations Team is currently working on fixing it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
