i'd like the option to put active call on hold and answer incoming - is this a setting option that i just cannot find? please help!

Hi Erin, is this a direct call to your extension or from the call queue as a member?
When you're in a call do you see a notification that you have another incoming call?
I'm leaving for the day now but I will check back to make sure it is turned on when I arrive for the day and I'll do some testing report back. That was one of the toggles I was playing with earlier.
