PBX User Licenses

Hello, I am wondering exactly what a PBX user license is...

Teams tells me it is under a "Microsoft Team Phone Standard" license but I have 3 of those licenses availiable and it seems to show that it isn't syncing over to Ring Centrals PBX cloud.

Is this just a Ring Central License or is it for sure the Phone Standard License under teams?


Any and all help would be appreciated.

Yes, I have read through that a few times. It does not seem to work for me and I am unable to do the assigning of licenses. I have access to unassign licenses but when I do that, a person in the portal will no longer be able to make phone calls. So this does not help me. Anyways, I have 3 availiable licenses under the Phone Standard so I should be able to get users in the cloud pbx database to have a license attached to them. This is not working.
