Can Amazon Alexa be integrated with RingCentral?

I want to know if Amazon alexa can be integrated with Ringcentral if some skill are created. Can it help to automated messages, call from Alexa to Ringcentral with voice commands?

Any apps for creating the skills?

Any good reference?
