I have glitch with the support web page?

I raised my first support case today.

However firstly even though I was signed in and showed my name on the submission form, it raised the ticket under a user name rather than my own. :(

The other issue i have noticed is the language selection drop down, is changing when the page refreshes and goes back to the USA. I am located in the UK. I then see a message stating somthing went wrong.

The browser i am using is MS edge.
