Our company is looking for a cheat sheet (shorthand, play by play) for the softphone app (android/ios). Any search brings up how to install the app or pushes you off into some videos (that ALSO don't answer the questions).
We need:
- How to connect/disconnect your work number through your softphone app.
- How to Warm/Cold transfer through the softphone app.
- How to put a call into someone's voicemail through the softphone app.
- Other softphone functions between different company users.
Basic phone functions that should be available, but there are zero breakdowns on the site. We don't want a "University" Video, we want something people can print and run with. Anyone have anything like that?
