SMS Two factor Authentication via SMS

Our users receive email with Two Factor code if they choose this notification method, they receive a phone call with code if they choose this method, but if they choose SMS delivery they receive nothing, anyone have this trouble?

We have not, we do have a Case opened with RingCentral, I like trying the Community for answers also.....
