We've not been able to send any texts all day. Able to receive texts.
So today I discovered if you have an alternate number you have accessible to you - you can switch and possibly send text that way - I always text from our main line, but when I change and sent text from my direct line they go through. Not sure if you have that option - but if you do - worth a shot! BUT NOT IDEAL - very confusing to our clients.
