User unable to reset own password

My newest user is unable to reset her own password. Whenever she asks to reset it, a request goes to our admin email even though her email address is associated with the account. We want her to be able to have control over her own user info - how do we give her permission to change her own password?

May I know how does she attempt to change her password?

She went to the Ring Central website, input her phone number, and selected "forgot password". The request to reset the password then went to the email inbox associated with our admin account, rather than her email inbox, which is associated with her phone number.
