webphone client (and admin portal) - dndStatus not correct shown - in sandbox

Note: I use the sandbox (devtest.ringcentral.com)!

When changing the status to "Do not Disturb" (via API call or changing it in the portal) - this is not reflected back to the webphone client and does not show:

Here I have changed the status in the admin portal to "Do Not Disturb" (on the left is the admin portal) - in the webphone client (on the right is the webphone client) this does not change to "Do Not Disturb".

Note: Even in the admin portal the red bar only shows when pressing F5 in the browser.

When changing to "Do Not Disturb" in the webphone client this does not show in the admin portal (in the webphone client it shows and even shows the red bar).

When changing the status via the API call - this is not shown (not in webphone client and not in admin portal).

After pressing F5 in both windows - the status is shown in the admin portal - but NOT in the webphone client.

Note: This worked perfectly in the past!

This is a known issue in the RC app for sandbox. The user presence status is not updated if you change the user presence status via API. Not sure how you got it work in the past but it has never worked for me. Only the RingCentral soft phone in sandbox mode updates the user presence status as expect.

However, the feature is working correctly on the RC app for production.

Yes, with the app it works in Sandbox mode.

Strange is that till now I always used the Web-Client and the presence change via API-Call worked perfectly (because we developed an app where the presence status is changed via API-Calls - so this wouldn't have worked and would have noticed it).

But if you describe it as a know issue - I will accept it (for testing our app it would be better if the web client also worked).
