Wrong Passcode error when attempt to download meeting recording

I've saved my meeting recordings on the Ring Central cloud and when attempt to download, I'm getting a Wrong Passcode error.

Any idea what I could be missing ?

Hi @Mary-Community_Moderator, yes it has. Not sure how though.. after a few hours I was able to download the recording. Thanks.
