Salesforce integration - RC extension for SF

No response was provided to the business critical case and we have been chasing the account manager for a few weeks with no response.

We can't make calls, receive calls, or load the extension properly due to the issues we're facing.

Thanks for reaching out @Danyal Khamisi - I'm going to dig into this further.
Not sure if the account manager is the best person to help troubleshoot this. I'm going to look at your account and may create a case to help get this to the right team. Hang tough as I do so.
