RingCentral Labs - Enhanced Business SMS Issue w/ Sending

I'm using RingCentral Labs - Enhanced Business SMS. When I send a message with the word "test" it always sends, and when I tried multiple different versions of text w/ characters less than 160 and it will not send. Any idea why it sends for some messages but not others?
