Franchise Set Up

My company recenelty started franchising. We have 3 wholly owned stores (all under the same RC account). What is the best way to set up a franchisee.

  1. Is there a parent/ child set up option that allows the child account to get billed separately?
  2. Is there a way to share templates with accounts that you do not own?
