How to access conversation insights


We are currently evaluating the capabilities we can leverage from the RingCentral platform on integrating it with Salesforce's High Velocity Sales (HVS). We are interested to know the feasibility of initiating actions on voice orvideocalls after integrating with High Velocity Sales cadences. Also we want to know about RingCentral voice and video set up via Einstein Conversation Insights. Are there any predefined integration points or APIs that allow HVS to interact with the RingCentral platform for such call-related actions? Could you please provide insights on feasibility and development effort required to integrate voice and video call actions through High Velocity Sales?
