Webhook

Can we get note using webhook? I was trying to extracts notes from ringCentral and push it to other system when the agent type a note and save on on ringcentral.

What "note"? All type of event notifications are listed here.

Agent notes, like Disposition Notes. Agent notes are used by agents to document important information on a call or chat with a lead or customer.

Oh, so you are talking about RC Engage Voice, not RingCentral MVP. I have no idea about that. Let me check with that team.
