Accept Queue Calls

Hello,

I have been trying to accept calls, but I do not have the option to accept queue calls. My coworkers seem to have this check mark under their profile, but I only have my availability and call rules. Is there something I can change on my account to get the feature?

call queues

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

your administrator needs to add you to a call queue. You are not a call queue member currently (is my guess)
