Hi,

I have two different behavior when I place a new call with RingOut.

If I start new call with company number and extension number I have ringing my Desk Phone, and RingCentral Application at the same time. Here is example where Main company number is +10000000000 and extension is 123.

_restClient.Restapi().Account().Extension().RingOut().Post(new MakeRingOutRequest
            {
                from = new MakeRingOutCallerInfoRequestFrom
                {
                    phoneNumber = "+1000000000*123"
                },
                to = new MakeRingOutCallerInfoRequestTo
                {
                    phoneNumber = "+1555555555"
                },
                callerId = new MakeRingOutCallerIdInfo
                {
                    phoneNumber = "+1000000000"
                }
            });

But if I start a new call with direct number I have ringing only my Desk Phone. Here is example where Direct number is +123456789.

_restClient.Restapi().Account().Extension().RingOut().Post(new MakeRingOutRequest
            {
                from = new MakeRingOutCallerInfoRequestFrom
                {
                    phoneNumber = "+123456789"
                },
                to = new MakeRingOutCallerInfoRequestTo
                {
                    phoneNumber = "+1555555555"
                },
                callerId = new MakeRingOutCallerIdInfo
                {
                    phoneNumber = "+123456789"
                }
            });

Additional: RingOut to Direct Number doesn't work if I have account with RingCentral Application only without physical Desk Phone.

Please help me to figure out if there exist a way to make RingOut call to Direct number and receive it in RingCentral Application?

Is this on your production account? If yes, open a dev support ticket, if no, what is your sandbox account id (or main company number)?
