Unable to enable Salesforce Einstein Conversation Insights, receiving error OAU-352

Hey folks,


I'm trying to set up Einstein Conversation Insights with Ring Central. This is listed as supported by both Ring Central & Salesforce.

After configuring, setup fails. The only error I can see in my RingCentral app is: OAU-352. This appears when trying to GET restapi/oauth/userinfo.

This error is not listed anywhere that I can see in available docs, or within this comunity.

Does anyone have any insight?
