Is the a way to make groups in the HUD

We have a number of teams , Sales, Marketing, Delivery. I want to have the option to dig down into those teams to transfer a call or to see the status.

Is there a way to do this?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

You would have to use Admin Portal>Reports > Analytics > Live Reports.
Here you can monitor the status of queues. You can see how many agents are available, how many are on a call, the status of each agent in real-time (and many other stats)

So this isn't in the desktop app like the HUD. You would have to have it opened in a browser tab, but it basically has all the info you are asking for. Just look into "RingCentral Live Reports"
