How to keep a pause in recording when a call is on hold?

We have a call, there is a conversation between two participants, this is the first part of the conversation. Recording enabled. One of the participants (the internal one has his own "extensionId") puts the call on hold. After some time, the participant releases the call from hold and the conversation continues, this is the second part of the conversation. After the call ends, a recording is created. The recording contains only the first and second parts of the conversation (before and after the hold). But there is no pause while the call is on hold. I wish the recording included this pause while the call is on hold. Is it possible to configure this in the application?
