On the CP8851 i know if you hit the 2 dots and then hit call park it will park the call and give you a number like *800 but can you park a call on a number you chose? People in our 800 line tend to use the same park number when they call it out on the over head page.
Example you hear Jane call your name on the over head page you know she always uses *24 and if its Bob you know he always uses *25
