"Answer" does not appear in HUD for my Call Pickup Group members

When one of my IT Admin group members gets a call and is not there to answer it I want to answer it but "Answer" does not appear in HUD on the Ring Central app despite documentation suggesting it should. We are waiting to go live in the next few weeks and still learning the functionality. Does anyone know what might be wrong here? Thanks.
