Hello

We have two users extensions 301 and 302. All calls come through to ext 301. Many of these need to be transferred to ext 302 however they need to be screened first. My thoughts are to put the call on hold, speak to user on intercom at extension 2 and then transfer the call if appropriate. Is this correct or is there a better/preferred way to configure thia setup. Both extensios are using a Yealink T31P.

Thanks!

@Welcome 01

Thanks. While trying to implement this I was having trouble with assigning intercom to speed dial, which is why I reached out. Just needed to know I was on the right tracks that's all which from your reply appears to be the case.
