Team message setting

Is there a way to set the ringcentral app on my desktop to open up when I receive a message from “Team Messages”? At the present, all I could see is a red dot on the rc icon pinned to the task bar when there is a new message.

I don't think there is such a feature. However, there is a notification popup on new messages provided that the RC app is running.
