Does every member have access to delete call recordings?

We're going to start recording calls but I dont want the users to be able to delete or listen to phone calls other than their own. Can that be done?

Users can only delete their own call records and call recordings. However, a super admin user has the power to delete call records of other users. There is no API to delete a call recording though.

Thank you so much! If a member deletes a recording will the super admin still be able to find it?

When a user deletes a call record, the system will first purges the call record and the recording content. If a super admin user knows the call recording id, he can still be able to find it from the system. The system will completely delete the content based on the account's HIPAA or data retention policy.
