How do I change the available ring tones on all the phones in my office?

All the preloaded ring tones are very jarring or completely ineffective as ring tones (music that fades in, etc.). Does any one know how I can change the available ring tones on every phone without having to set every user up on the app and individually change every ring tone? These are Cisco CP8851 phones, if that helps.
