Any stability issues on the Artificial Intelligence endpoints? Is anyone using it consistently to get Transcripts with high volume?

We are looking to build an App to get the interaction analytics available in the AI endpoint. Described here: https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/ai

The big red box saying This feature is in BETA is scaring us. Does anyone know how stable it is? Is it constantly changing? Any insights you can provide into what is working and what is not?

We are mostly looking to get Transcripts, Summary and Emotions but we may have a high volume. Around 100 users in a RC Account.

It's quite stable and getting closer to GA. The Beta label is still there because there might be some minor change to some endpoints but not likely any change to the /speech-to-text and the /analyze-interaction endpoints.
