We use ACR but when do calls start to record? We have calls with no recordings and we're wondering why is that. Does there need to be a connection to the receiving party before a call is recorded?

Hi @Michael Young, there could be few reasons why it is not recording. You may reach out to Tech Support to track your call logs, and for explanation or fix the issue.
