Ring Central to JIRA ticket creation

Hi RC Community

Is there a way we can create tickets in JIRA from RC? I know via webhook we notify RC chats on tickets but we don't want it. We want that whatever tickets we create over RC glip those tickets are automatically created in JIRA.
