Can I have the phone wake up my computer when it rings?

I noticed that when my computer is in sleep mode as well as the phone, when I move my mouse, the phone and the computer wake up.

Is there a way to have my phone "wake up" my computer when it rings?

This would be useful when trying to wake up my computer for remote work.
