Am I seriously finding that the only option for a global company contact list is seriously a spreadsheet we have to upkeep? I found the "external shared contacts directory" and am shocked this could be the only option in an advanced company phone app?? We update contacts daily! Is there any plans for development? It looks like people have been requesting this feature for 4 years and the best option is still cumbersome and outdated. Has anyone had any luck on something that works?

I feel like the issue is that the phones are kinda particular, and will only display the first 1000 entries, period (at least that's the case with our yealink phones)

I saw we can have the phones sync to our google calendar, but didn't haven't tried that much.
