Incoming Webhooks: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

We have incoming webhooks integrations setup with in the teams. The integration stopped working all of a sudden this morning. While debugging the code, it says "Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.". To my surprise, another application where we use the same code and use the same integrations are working fine. Could someone give me any ideas why this might be happening? The integrations works fine in postman.
