Unable to dial/use extension when using the new RingCentral mobile app( Glip)

When trying to call a co-worker using just the extension in the new RC mobile app, it doesn't work. We get a recorded message that says " Sorry your call cannot be completed" then a fast busy signal. Extensions work using the desktop app. Is there a setting in the mobile app to allow dialing extensions and not the entire 10 digit number?

That's odd. Myself and a few other colleagues can't seem to replicate this. Does this happen for everyone using the Mobile app? Or just the one User?
Anyone I have tested, so I am going to say all users/extensions.
Could it be we use 6 digit extensions? My ext. is 148558 and I called 127614
It works using the RC Phone mobile app but not the newly integrated RC (Glip) mobile app.
Extension length shouldn't matter...our Support Team is definitely going to have to take a closer look and get logs. That's so weird...

I have this same problem. I have tested with other users but on my mobile app, i cannot dial extensions i have to dial the full number.
