Listening to recordings problem

Hello, with the most recent update, I am unable to listen to recordings on Ring Central in one window and do anything else on my computer in another Edge Window. In fact, I can't go to Outlook or Work or Excell and listen to the recording at the same time. This is a big problem. It worked yesterday without a problem, but today is hopeless. Can something be done to restore things to how they were before the update so that these recordings will play without having to be right at the window on your computer?
