UK SMS & Local area dialling

Why is the UK always left behind when it comes to features implemented years ago for the US and other countries?
We've been asking for the ability to send SMS from our UK  Ring Central account for years and nothing happens.
Same with local area code dialling. I see Mexico, Australia, China & the US all have this ability, but yet again, NOT the UK.

Totally agree!
Having users sending SMS from mobile means that acceptance of ringcentral for making calls is lacking - this isn't unified comms!

So, here we are two and a half years later and no word from RC regarding SMS apart from "We're working on it"
