Editing a Meeting Recording

Can a Recorded Meeting be edited? For example, the recording was not stopped during a break, can this 10 minute time block be removed from the recording?

Hi Sandy, 

You'll be able to accomplish this with a 3rd party video editing software, we don't have anything built into our apps :)

Hi Jessica, how does one download the video file to edit it? When I click download, all it does is play the video from its location...

Hi Patrick, you should be able to open the file through whatever video editing software you have from where it was originally stored. Checkout this KB article for where recordings are stored by default:  https://support.ringcentral.com/s/article/6516?language=en_US
