Total calls vs missed calls

We wanted to track the number of calls vs missed calls. I am using the Analytics feature to do it. However, the report seems inaccurate. It looks like when a call comes in and ring 4 people simultaneously, the system treat is as 4 inbound calls and 3 of them are always missed. Can anyone help me how to make an accurate report on this?

Hey Kendrick Realty,

The Analytics Portal shouldn't be displaying information like that. We just tested and it showed that only one person answered the call. Could you share a screen shot of what you're seeing?
