SMS that all users can see

we want all text message to go to and from the main number.

also we want all users (soft phone) to see the messages. I see several post about the topic.

what is the latest status?

Your question is not clear yet. Do you mean all extension messages to be send as main number?

If yes, I think that can be done by tweaking outbound caller id as main number.

If not then please provide more details.
