One of our user's has raised a concern that their calls/activity are not being logged in sfdc upon calling and noting the contact via ringcentral

Hello Demario!


I need to make sure if their SFDCs auto-log is enabled?


You might want to confirm it by clicking the gear icon (settings) on the upper right corner of their softphone.
