When I schedule a meeting and dial in my host and participant ID does not work. I have been on hold for 1 hour with Ringcentral.

My host and participant ID does not work when I schedule a meeting and dial in. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hello Patricia!

May I know what happens after dialing?
When I dial in and entered the host ID, I was informed that my ID was invalid and the participants were not able to connect to the meeting. Thanks.
