Messaging outside of Ring Central Contacts

We have a small office and we got this because I do alot of texting with our customers and outside workers. The ring Central app is horrible if you are like me and are not text/messaging Teams or the two other people with Ring Central phones. I have to go through a bunch of steps just to get to the texts and calls. And now I am group messaging my works and I can only do this through the app on my phone and not the one on my computer. The other app was sooo much better the one with the phone Icon.. I don't know who the hell came up with this one. Maybe I am doing something wrong and if I am let me know

To use Group MMS, you'll need to update to the new RC App. 
You can find it here.

Messaging can be disabled if you are not using it by reaching out to your account manager directly.
