While trying to login Ring central app, it says "please check your network connection and click retry to reconnect." we are using office laptop with VPN.All of a sudden, Ring central stopped working from June 30.


Outlook plug in says the error message "please check your network connection and click retry to reconnect."



While trying to login via chrome, provided username,password, otp it says " "sorry, we cannot recognize the device.please use other device or browser and try again."" checked internet options TLS 1.1,TLS 1.2,SSL 3.0 are checked. Tried using IE, still the same error.

IE version is 11.



Tried uninstalling Ring central meetings, Ring central desktop app (version 20.2) and installed the same from RC website, still same error message.


We tried joining the meeting through meeting link or meeting ID, it says the error message "meeting id is invalid"


kindly provide your valuable suggestion to resolve this issue.

It's a mess that new app. Can't connect to Google Gmail server. They can't figure it out. Fine until they changed that app
okay, while trying to sign in ring central meetings in different pc(virtual machine) from the office network, sign in is successful. Not sure what is wrong with the laptop/network
We downgraded to 19.4 and it fixed the issue. :)
