Update Ringcental Online Account Portal adding new users and extensions.

I am trying to configure sandbox environment to match what we will have in production. I added several users and extensions.



I noticed that notification email doesn't go to new user email address and newly created users/extension stay "NotActivated".


How do I fix it?

New users should be receiving these emails. Have you checked the SPAM folder just to be certain?

I'm trying to find the right person to help address this, in the meantime if you haven't already, could you please create a support ticket for this issue?
