Android vs IOS status notification discrepancy

Status notification ability on Android does not match options available on IOS

We need the same options available on the Android as IOS so we can clearly notify our groups on accurate status.

I don't use IOS, I have Android but my users are complaining because the 3 people in our office that have IOS can set their ACTUAL status but on our Android employees (60+) can't. They do not have the little pen to not what family or room they are in. :(
