I have created a very generic JIRA webhook, the only thing inside is JQL to specify the project that the issue must be assigned to. I then went into my workflows and added a post action to this webhook for anytime the issues status is changed to "Launched".
However my glip team chat is not showing any updates from this webhook? If I update the webhook to work off of the event "issue updated" then my team chat shows the notifications just fine. I tested pointing the webhook to another service just to see if it is sending any data from the transition and it definitely is. I can see lots of JSON data coming through.
Is there any trick to getting my glip team to recognize these updates and display them in chat?
