How can I get call health info?

I'm building a monitoring app that will alert me if call quality drops. I think I've done this using the old api. Is it still a possibility?

What is the old API you referred to?

I used a rest api that didn't require a client id and secret. I remember just using my login and password. but forget i mentioned that. I may be misremembering.
