Send Meeting Invite from Ring Central Meetings from the server

Issue: How to simply hit a button and Send a Meeting Invite from within Ring Central Meetings. We have hundreds of sales people without email clients installed and using their own email addresses from the web.

Solution: Ring Central Meetings should have a button that says Send Meeting Invite and actually sends an email from their servers.... not require us to install email clients on hundreds of laptops that require us to maintain. (wishful thinking?) sad emoji
